UPDATE: Some people are having problems getting the Nexus 7 recognized in Windows. I did not have this issue but maybe installing the Android SDK will work. Here is the link to download the SDK. Double click on the file once it is downloaded and follow the onscreen instructions. It might ask you to update the SDK manager and that is not necessary.
